Quite possibly Sydney's best hotel, the Park Hyatt has a superb setting, positioned on the harbour shore at Dawes Point next to the Harbour Bridge and directly opposite the Opera House situated across Sydney Cove. If you get a harbour view room, the view probably doesn't get any better. Rooms start from about $800/night and are rarely if ever discounted.
